Becoming overweight or obese is a common problem these days . This problem occurs in almost every country of the world . In my opinion becoming overweight or obese is not just a problem its a disease and many other diseases start from it like back pain is very common in overweight people .

First thing's first almost every human being has different body type and every person's body reacts differently on many things for example a person you may know starts some training and loose weight and fat fast but when you try the same that he or she tries and get good results u will fail or see very little improvements That's why most of people fail to achieve their goals.
The most common way that people start to loose fat or weight is crash diet most of us think that eating less helps them to loose weight but that's very bad idea please stop if you are also doing this formula it never works so stay away from crash diet.
Some people on internet say that stay away from fats, carbs things which are high in sugar etc believe it or not that all are crap your body needs all these things fats, carbs, sugar are not dangerous the main thing is how much u take them how many meals u take in a day. 1. take 1 full glass of water at least 40 minutes before breakfast drinking 2 full glass are even better its on your stamina
2. one glass of water before any meal and 1 glass during meal .
3. Drinking water after meal is not good its dangerous for your health so please avoid it .
4. Drink half glass of water before going to sleep at night.

check your weight in pounds then multiply it with (2/3 or 67%) answer is that how much ounces of water does your body need daily . In summer add 20 more ounces to your routine.

if you want to loose fat exercise is most important for you i know i know don't worry i am not talking about those boring hard core exercises so relax . I have important but funny information to share with you ,these days youtube is very famous website in the world no doubt when you search exercises for weight loss or fat loss on youtube in 90% of the videos you see very slim female or male with 6 pack abs guide you to do this exercise or that exercise and you get result in weeks or so but the problem is the exercises they perform in videos are not difficult for them but these exercises are almost impossible for a male or female who has no previous history of exercise , these videos are good for motivation but not practical at beginning
starting with zero is good for you first of all start with a little walking habit in very beginning half mile is best
mobile phones have apps like pedometer these apps help you lot in the beginning
create your stamina in walking when half mile becomes easy task for you start increasing distance and increase speed to reach same destination in shorter time after that you are able to start joging.
when your body is used to it then start that hard core exercises it takes time but decreases the chance of injury
Diet plan
2 glasses of water when you wake up at morning after 1 hour go for breakfast.
in breakfast one bowl of oat meal or corn flakes or glass of orange juice with bran bread .
3 hours after breakfast take one apple or hand full of nuts
after 2 hours take your lunch take one glass of water when starting meal and half glass during meal eat what ever you want to eat
drink one cup of green tea 30 minutes after meal
after 3 hours take an other cup of green tea or any tea you want
after 3 hour take your dinner same as lunch one glass of water before starting dinner and half glass during dinner .
after 30 minutes take 1 cup of green tea
before going to bed take 1 cup of hot water mix lemon and honey in it and drink it

things which are very high in sugar
