Pineapple and weight loss

pineapple is a very  tasty fruit and it has many benefits most of you would be thinking that why we are discussing this fruit in weight loss category ?
              pineapple is very helpful in weight loss
1 . pineapple is rich in fiber like apple so if you take pineapple before meal it fills your stomach for a while and you eat less in meals.
2. pineapple has an enzyme called (bromelain)which has anti-inflammatory properties so take benefit from its anti-inflammatory properties.
3. it helps in shedding a couple of pounds due to to curbing your appetite.
4.it has many anti-oxidants as well and is a reserve for many minerals like thiamine and manganese.

5. one important thing is to eat fresh pineapple there is no point of eating pre-sliced or tinned one that is laden with sugar syrup.
6. fresh pineapple juice is a great alternative to water if you want to hydrate your body and flush all the toxins ,its low in calories and has no fat.
7.if eating simple pineapple chunks seems boring to you ,you can serve it in different ways make juice,grill the slices,use it with grilled chicken .
8.it has high content of vitamin C ,so it also boosts your immunity.
on the whole pineapple is very effective in fat loss and detoxification.
